Where to send it

Email your DMCA notice to: [email protected]

4) What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

When we receive a complete DMCA takedown notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material

  • Notify the party who posted or provided the content (if applicable)

  • Provide them with a copy of the notice (with personal details as legally required)

  • Take additional steps to prevent repeat infringement when appropriate

We may request additional information if your notice is incomplete or unclear.

5) Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed by Mistake)

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice.

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, address)

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., to a U.S. jurisdiction where we are located) and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice

  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Send counter-notices to: [email protected]

After a counter-notice

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a legal action within the time required by law, we may restore the content (as allowed under the DMCA).

6) Repeat Infringer Policy

We take repeat infringement seriously. In appropriate circumstances, we may:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts (if applicable)

  • Refuse service

  • Remove listings or content from repeat infringers

  • Block future submissions related to repeated violations

7) Misuse / False Claims Warning

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may have legal consequences. Don’t use DMCA as a “delete button” for competitors or content you simply dislike. Courts are famously humorless about that.

8) No Legal Advice

This DMCA Policy is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure about your rights or obligations, consider consulting a qualified attorney.
