Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Perpetual You, operated by Ane LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

All payments processed through PayPal or Stripe will be refunded back to the original transaction method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank.
