3) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

4) Products, Listings, and Availability

  • We try to display product information accurately (descriptions, images, pricing).

  • Colors may look different depending on your screen.

  • Product availability can change at any time, and we may limit quantities.

We reserve the right to correct errors (typos, pricing mistakes, product details) and to cancel orders affected by those errors.

5) Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

  • Prices are shown on the Site and confirmed at checkout.

  • Sales tax is 0% (as displayed at checkout).

  • Shipping fees (including flat rate shipping when applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.

Your bank/payment provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. That’s between you and them.

6) Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline your order for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Payment not authorized or fails security checks

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Inventory issues

  • Shipping restrictions to your address

If we cancel after you’ve paid, we will refund you to the original payment method.

7) Payments (PayPal + Stripe)

We accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments processed by Stripe.

  • We do not store full card details on our servers.

  • Your payment may be subject to PayPal/Stripe security checks and your bank’s authorization.

8) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details (fees, processing time, transit time, cutoff time, total delivery estimates) are explained in our Shipping Information page and shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or customs (if applicable).

9) Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We may require photos or other proof for damaged/defective/wrong-item claims.

10) Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us ASAP.

  • If the order has not been processed/shipped, we may be able to cancel.

  • If processing/shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible.

11) Account, Checkout Info, and Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete information (email, shipping address, billing info). You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account information secure (if you create an account)

  • All activity under your account

  • Ensuring your shipping address is correct

Incorrect address details may cause delays or failed delivery.

We may remove content at our discretion.

We may reference or use third-party services (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, shipping carriers). Their terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

To the fullest extent allowed by law:
