This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when you can request a return or refund, how to request it, and what happens next.


✅ Return & Refund Eligibility (Standard Items)

We accept return/refund requests for eligible items within 15 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Defective or not functioning as intended

  • Incorrect item received (wrong product/variant)

  • Significantly not as described (major mismatch vs. listing)

To be eligible for a return (when required), the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging (if applicable)


🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items marked Final Sale (if stated on the product page)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

  • Requests made after the return window

  • Minor variations (slight color differences due to screen settings, small packaging scuffs, etc.)

If your store sells personalized/custom-made items: those are typically non-returnable unless damaged/defective or incorrect. (If you want, I can lock this section to “custom items” clearly.)


⏱️ Return Window

  • You must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • We may ask for photos and order details to verify the issue.


📸 Proof Required

To process your request faster, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Clear photos/video showing the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)

  • A photo of the shipping label (if available)


🔄 Return Process

  1. Email us with the required proof.

  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions (if a return is required).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the return (if applicable), we process the refund or replacement.

Do not send items back without contacting us first, or your return may not be processed.


💸 Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or card via Stripe).

  • Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider, typically 3–10 business days.


🔁 Replacements

If your item arrives damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, we may offer:

  • A replacement at no extra cost, or

  • A refund, depending on availability and the situation


📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged on arrival), we will cover or reimburse return shipping when applicable.

  • If the return is due to customer choice (changed mind, ordered wrong size, etc.), return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility (and we may not accept these returns depending on the case).


❌ Cancellations

  • If you contact us before the order is processed/shipped, we may be able to cancel it.

  • If the order is already in processing or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


⚠️ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, it can slow resolution and may prevent us from offering quicker options like reshipment or partial refunds. Email us first. Humans invented email for a reason.
