✅ Shipping Coverage

We ship to many destinations depending on the product and carrier availability. If a destination is not supported, checkout will not be available for that address.

💵 Flat Rate Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order
    This fee is clearly shown at checkout before you complete payment.

🧾 Taxes

  • Sales Tax: 0%
    No sales tax is charged on orders placed through our store. (Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees, which are outside our control.)

⏱️ Order Cutoff Time

  • Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (PT), Monday–Friday
    Orders placed after the cutoff time are considered received on the next business day for processing.

Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.

🏭 Processing Time (Order Preparation)

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days
    Processing includes order verification, preparing items, packaging, and handing the shipment to the carrier.

🚛 Shipping Time (Transit Time)

  • Shipping Time: 8–10 business days
    This is the time your package is in transit after it has been shipped and scanned by the carrier.

📦 Total Delivery Time

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 10–12 business days
    = Processing (2–4 business days) + Shipping (8–10 business days)

🔎 Tracking Information

If tracking is available, we will email you a tracking number once your order ships.
Please note that tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the first scan.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (street number, apartment/unit, city, state, ZIP code).
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, delivery failure, or returns.
